The short answer is pretty much, yes, they have stayed the same. We are still issuing rebates to clients who are still saving thousands of dollars as if nothing has changed. There are some practical differences. One negative change is that commission information is no longer easily available or transparent. But the vast majority of listed properties offer at least a 2.5% commission to a buyer’s agent, so there is no problem giving clients a commission rebate. It is pretty much business as usual. On the listing side again not much has changed. Sellers all seem to want to offer a commission to an agent working with a buyer.
