to Buy and Sell

My family recently worked with David when constructing a new home with a local luxury home builder. The entire experience and service he provided us with was exceptional from start to finish and resulted in us saving a significant amount of money in the form of a buyer's rebate. We won't be using a  traditional realtor in the future when buying or selling properties and encourage anyone reading this review to strongly consider doing the same.

We could not be happier with David. We used him to purchase our first home in Mt. Lebanon a few years ago. When it came time move again this past year, we did not hesitate to go with David for both the sale of our previous home, and the purchase of the new home.  David is extremely knowledgable and  very easy to get ahold of.  In addition to his experience as an agent, David is also a lawyer which was very helpful during the negotiation process and when we had questions about the details related to paperwork, timelines, and our rights when the inevitable curveballs come into the process. We will definitely use David again

Loved working with David. One of the few real estate brokers that provide commissions. We were able to do most of the leg work by finding open houses and tracking listings through other commercially available websites. We worked with David once we identified the house we were interested in.  Working with David was a breeze. There were no issues with him being located in Pittsburgh and us being in Philadelphia. The seller's agent was much less professional and I think David helped shield us from some of that. Highly recommend to anyone in PA that doesn't need a lot of hand holding through the home buying process.

He is very knowledgeable and easy to approach. Before meeting David, I knew nothing about buying a house. I have asked so many dumb questions but he patiently explained all the procedures and intricacies in buying the house. We closed the deal without any issues. I can't recommend David enough. He is one of the best in his field. He will be our Real estate agent for our next house if we buy one.
